Ingredients

2 cans chicken broth with
Italian herbs

1-3/4 cups raw Brown
Lowell Farms Jasmine
Rice

10 oz. frozen peas
-
2 6 oz. jars marinated
artichokes with liquid

4 chopped green onion
-
2 Tbl. chopped fresh
parsley
Directions
Cook rice in broth. Stir in peas and marinade from
artichokes. Chop artichokes some and add along with
onions and parsley. Cover and heat in oven before
serving.
