Ingredients

1 cup raw Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice
(White)

1 tsp. sugar

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 cup Italian salad dressing

1 cup green onion,
chopped
-
1 cup celery, chopped
-
4 cups fresh spinach, cut in
small pieces
-
6 strips crisp bacon, broken
into small pieces
Directions
Cook rice and let cool. Add sugar, soy sauce and
Italian dressing to rice. Refrigerate 2 hours or more.
Just before serving, toss rice mixture with green
onions, celery, spinach and bacon in large bowl.
Serves 6-8
