Rice Pancakes
1 cup cooked Lowell Farms Jasmine Rice (white)
2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbl. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1-3/4 cups milk
Sift dry ingredients. Beat egg and milk. Combine with flour mixture and rice. Pour by 1/4 cups onto hot griddle or skillet. Brown on both sides.
Makes 4-6 servings.
