Ingredients

1 bunch green onions,
chopped

1 cup cooked Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice
(White)

1 can cream of mushroom
soup

1/2 can milk
-
1 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup Sherry
-
1 pkg. frozen petite peas
-
1 lg. jar mushrooms
(drained) stems & pieces

1 lg. can green chilies w/
juice
-
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Cook rice with green onions. Make cream sauce with
butter, flour, milk, sugar, sherry, and salt. Fold rice into
cream sauce with remaining ingredients. Put into 9x13 in
buttered dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese the last 15 minutes.
