Ingredients
- 2 cups raw Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice (White )
- 2 lbs. raw shrimp
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium bell pepper,
chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can French onion
soup
- 1 can cream of shrimp
soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes,
chopped
- salt & pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Put in large casserole (9 x 13). Cover and bake 350 degrees 1 to
1 1/2 hours, or until rice is done.
Serves 10-12.
