Ingredients
- 1 cup raw Lowell Farms
Brown Jasmine Rice, cooked
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 tblsp. oil
- 1 bunch green onions,
sliced
- 2 cups cored, chopped,
unpeeled apples
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins,
optional
- 1 tblsp. sesame seeds
Directions
Cook Brown Jasmine Rice
according to directions on package. In large skillet or wok, cook
carrots in oil about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add onions and
apples. Cook 5 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook
until thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 servings
