Ingredients
- 1 cup raw Lowell Farms
Jasmine Rice (White), cooked
- 1 pint carton sour
cream
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp
cheese
- 2 cans chopped green
chilies
Directions
Cook Jasmine Rice according
to directions. Put 1/2 rice in buttered 9 X 13 casserole. Top with
1/2 the cheese, 1/2 the sour cream, and 1 can green chilies. Repeat
layers. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
