Ingredients
- 3 lbs. shrimp, peeled
& boiled
- 1 1/2 cups raw Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice (White), cooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tblsp. butter
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom
soup
- 2 tblsp. lemon juice
- 1 tblsp. worchestershire
sauce
- salt, pepper, and
garlic salt to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar
cheese
- 1 green pepper - cut
into rings
Directions
Cook Jasmine Rice according
to directions. Saute onion in butter. Mix soup, lemon juice, onion,
and seasonings. Fold into cooked rice. Add cooked shrimp, sour cream
and green chilies. Pour into buttered 9 x 12 baking dish. Sprinkle
top with grated cheese. Garnish with green pepper ring. Bake 325
degrees about 30 minutes.
Serves 10-12.
