Ingredients

3 cups cooked Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice
(White)

2 Tbl. butter

2 cups American cheese,
shredded

1 cup light cream
-
1 tsp. salt

dash white pepper

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1-1/2 cups cooked chicken, sliced

1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms or
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 8 oz. can peas, drained

1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Add butter to hot cooked rice and mix well. In a heavy pot, mix
cheese, cream, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook
over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Layer rice,
chicken, mushrooms and peas, making the first and last later
rice. Top with cheese sauce and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 6-8
