Diane Bard's Chicken/Beef 'N' Bacon

Ingredients
 
  • 1 cup cooked Lowell Farms Jasmine Rice (White)

  • 1 jar dried beef slices, cut in quarters

  • 6-8 boneless chicken breasts or thighs

  • 4-5 slices bacon, cut into 1” pieces

  • 16 oz. sour cream

  • 1 can creamed chicken soup

  • 1 can creamed mushroom soup

  • 1-2 tsp. salt

  • 1-2 tsp. pepper

  • 1-2 tsp. garlic powder or salt

  • 1-2 tsp. onion powder or salt

Directions

Line the bottom of 9x13 in. pan with dried beef slices; top
with chicken, then top with bacon pieces. Mix next 8
ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over meat. Cover with
foil and bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Serve over
rice.
