Arroz De El Campo

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked Lowell Farms Jasmine Rice (White)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tblsp. oil
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tblsp. chicken concentrate
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 7 oz. can Mexican red sauce
Directions

In large skillet combine raw Jasmine Rice, chopped onion, chopped garlic, and oil. Cook over medium high heat until lightly brown; stirring often. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to simmer. Cook 15 minutes. Turn off burner and let set until ready to serve.
