Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked Lowell
Farms Jasmine Rice (White)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tblsp. oil
- 3 cups water
- 1 tblsp. chicken concentrate
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 7 oz. can Mexican
red sauce
Directions
In large skillet combine
raw Jasmine Rice, chopped onion, chopped garlic, and oil. Cook over
medium high heat until lightly brown; stirring often. Add remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to simmer. Cook 15
minutes. Turn off burner and let set until ready to serve.
